Subscriber agreements

Real-time market data on the Bigger plan comes from the U.S. exchanges, and each exchange plan licenses it under its own subscriber agreement. Before your account receives real-time data, you sign each one in the app. These are the official forms, word for word, with BigTape (SBC LLC) named as the Vendor. Until you sign, your account shows data delayed 15 minutes.

How signing works

  1. In the app, choose Turn on real-time data: from the banner, before you choose Bigger, or in Settings, under Account.
  2. Tell us your legal name and address, then answer the status questions. They come from the NYSE agreement, word for word, and one set of answers serves every agreement.
  3. Read each agreement in full and tick its boxes. The short summary beside each one is BigTape's own and is not part of the agreement.
  4. Review, agree to sign electronically, and type your full legal name. Each agreement is recorded on its own, with its version, the time and your answers.

The exchanges price real-time data differently for professionals and for firms. If you are a professional subscriber, or you subscribe for a firm, your account keeps delayed data and you can contact us to set up professional access.

You can read the agreements you signed and download a signed copy of each in Settings, under Account. When an agreement changes, the app asks you to sign the new version, and your account shows delayed data until you do. The Terms of service and the Market data notice also apply.
